GOODWILL HOSTS FREE “JOB SEARCHING 101” WEBINAR ON MAY 18

 

WHAT: 

On Thursday, May 18Goodwill Industries of Central Florida will host a free webinar called “Job Searching 101.” This virtual course offered by the Goodwill Connects team will teach participants how to navigate online job boards to explore potential vacancies that fit their skills and interests, including what key words to look for. The session will also focus on how to avoid common career search mistakes.

Despite a historically low unemployment rate, many people are still searching for their next career opportunity, making Goodwill’s virtual job connection services more important than ever to the community. Goodwill Connects job specialists work virtually with people to update résumés, practice interviewing and apply for openings online – ultimately connecting more people to potential employers, and employers with potential job candidates.
