REGIONS BANK AWARDS $10,000 GRANT TO GOODWILL INDUSTRIES

Funding Will Support Job Training Programs for Central Floridians with Disabilities

 

ORLANDO, Fla. (Feb. 15, 2024) – Goodwill Industries of Central Florida (GICF) was recently awarded a $10,000 grant from Regions Bank to continue providing – and enhance – its on-the-job training opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

 

The funding will support services ranging from hands-on employment experiences to aiding in securing and maintaining permanent work. Goodwill’s team of certified Community Employment and Training Specialists focuses on customizing programs to meet each client’s unique needs by building or refining essential employability skills.
