Thank you for your interest to bring your business to Daytona Beach during our celebration of Bike Week 2008

The City of Daytona Beach has regulations regarding all business activity and a few special rules for temporary merchants. Attached is a general information sheet concerning temporary business activity in our city.

It is your responsibility to find a location. We do not provide a list of available properties nor will we research a property owner’s name or phone number. Before you sign a lease agreement or pay a deposit, check with us for land use (zoning) verification. The building might be subject to an inspection and that will be determined when you apply for your temporary occupational license.

All businesses are required to have an occupational license. Your business will not be covered under another person’s license. You must have a license from the City of Daytona Beach, Volusia County, and collect Florida Sales Tax. Below is a list of phone numbers to contact for further information.
