NASCARThe National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, Inc., (NASCAR), has been headquartered in Daytona Beach since the organization’s incorporation in 1948, Today, it has grown to become the world’s largest and most popular motorsports sanctioning body. NASCAR annually sanctions the Daytona 500 and Pepsi 400 at Daytona International Speedway, as well as the Goody’s 300 Busch Grand National and the Florida 200 Goody’s Dash Series event.
