Tide to Table Oceanfront Concept in Daytona Market Slated to Open September 2024
Daytona, FL (DATE)--- Acclaimed Chef Olivier Koster and James Beard Nominated Concentrics Restaurants are pleased to announce a destination “tide to table” oceanfront concept in Daytona. Cast and Crew is slated to open September 2024 at 640 North Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32118.
Cast and Crew will be an upscale oceanfront seafood centric destination. Guests can experience tide to table dining, indoor and outdoor seating and event spaces unlike anything else in the Daytona market. Several spaces will be available including an al fresco bar overlooking the pool and ocean, an ocean view banquet facility, beach side event lawns, pool cabanas with full service and more.
Acclaimed Executive Chef Oliver Koster has been tapped to execute food and beverage for all areas. From Alkmaar in the Netherlands, Koster carries over a decade of varied experience in the culinary scene including head chef at Fuell Beach Club, executive sous chef at Hotel Het Hoge Duin, executive chef at Van Speyk Amsterdam and Bernie’s Beach Club and the corporate chef at Bloomingdale Beach Club.
