Tampa, FL — May 20, 2024 — Minto Communities USA has been recognized among the top 100 builders in the U.S. on Builder magazine’s 2024 annual Builder 100 list. Minto ranked 37th this year, up from 45th position in 2023. Rankings are based on each builder’s 2023 closings and revenues. In 2023, Minto had 2,350 home closings and total revenue in excess of $1.2 billion.
This is Minto’s second top builder award this year. In February, Minto was ranked 13th among the Top 100 Private Home Builders in the U.S. by Home Builder Executive magazine based on 2023 home closings. In addition, Minto ranked second on Home Builder Executive’s list of Top 10 Private Home Builders in the U.S. for greatest gain in closings for the same time period.
