Our studio offers a variety of instructor led fitness classes from Yoga – Strength – Barre – Pilates Reformer, and so much more all while using the innovative far infrared heating technology.

What is far infrared heat? Far infrared (FIR) technology utilizes rays from the invisible part of the light spectrum to heat your body directly, rather than heating the air around you. This method mimics the warmth of the sun, minus the harmful UV rays, providing a deeply penetrating heat that can benefit both mind and body.

Benefits of far infrared:

Detoxification: FIR heat increases the body temperature, which can lead to more effective sweat. This isn't it just any sweat; It's said to help remove toxins more efficiently than traditional sweating.

Pain Relief: The penetrating warmth of FIR can soothe muscle and joint pain, making it an excellent addition to your recovery focused classes like yoga and Pilates. It helps in reducing inflammation and promotes healing.

Improved Circulation: By warming your body from the inside out FIR supports better blood flow. This can be particularly beneficial before and after more intense workouts like strength training or barre where muscle recovery is key.
