TeleTech Health Care Solutions, Inc. has selected Daytona Beach as the location for a new customer support center. TeleTech will lease approximately 63,000 square feet of office space at a location that housed the former headquarters of Top Build. The company will
create 900 new jobs in the area with an average annual salary of $34,667. The capital investment from the project will be $3,800,000.
Team Volusia Economic Development was instrumental in assisting TeleTech in finding a suitable location, establishing relationships with local resources such as CareerSource Flagler/Volusia, Daytona State College, Volusia County’s Economic Development Division and others. Team Volusia also assisted TeleTech with the state and local incentive
processes.
TeleTech provides customer service support for its clients, whether it’s face-to-face, online, over the phone, on social media or via mobile apps. This includes every touchpoint customers might have with a company, from researching a product to purchasing and using it, and the occasional support that may be needed along the way.
