The Law Firm of Charles Vega P.A. is pleased to welcome its newest team member, Tracy Vega. Tracy recently retired from AT&T after a distinguished 32-year career in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, she served as a Lead Technical Consultant, providing national support to small and mid-market businesses. In her new role with the firm as Director of Operations. Tracy will lead projects related to system logistics, marketing, client billing, CRM and IT.
Tracy is a dynamic and results-driven professional with extensive experience in project management. Her demonstrated abilities span marketing, human resources, and inventory management, complemented by her expertise in finance, process development, and training.
She is adept at vendor relations, financial data analysis, and marketing promotions, and excels in employee engagement, customer service, event planning, and administrative operations. A clear and effective communicator. Tracy fosters trust and builds successful working partnerships with peers, clients, and stakeholders, consistently achieving departmental and organizational goals.
